New Archive Import facility for legacy documents and data!

For potential clients who already have a system of some form, archive material in that system would often need to stay there, when looking to move to a different system. However, with Cloud B2B solutions systems we have the capability of importing that legacy data and putting it into an Archive section within our solution.
For example in our range of Digital Purchase Order Software systems, users, existing Purchase Orders, Supplier Invoices, Accounts codes (e.g. nominal and cost centres) plus supporting documents can all be imported. This means all relevant material is in the one solution, cutting out the need for retaining the old legacy system, in any format.
