Documents are easily imported and can be indexed direct into an employee’s file with action alerts that can be set on a per document basis.

Even start the application process using the online HR system’s inbuilt job vacancy function. Vacancies can be published on the company website so candidates can complete online forms and upload relevant information such as CV’s. The system will also automatically alert candidates as to the status of their application.

Being digital, cloud based HR systems mean staff can easily access files, from wherever they are working and even access key company standard information such as health and safety and key welfare and wellbeing policies.

With the Online HR systems, important reference documents can also be stored such as CRB checks, passports, driving licences and accreditations, The system will also alert HR staff to any missing documents in this important category.

The opening screen for HR staff in our cloud based HR system is a dashboard facility, giving HR users key information such as individual and HR departmental tasks, including documents coming up for review (meeting company and GDPR requirements), and the status of job applicants.

The system will also display the status of missing key documents e.g. CRB checks, so action can be taken.
Other meta data for fast overviews can be provided, such as comparisons between sickness and overtime claimed by period.

Usable even on a smart phone, our HR Online system means items such as time sheets can be filled in online and submitted for approval. Approved data can then be exported as a CSV file for upload to a payroll system for payment.

In the same way holiday requests can be submitted to managers for approval and change of personal details (e.g., change of name, address or bank) can be submitted to HR for them to update the individual employee file.

For larger organisations staff rotas can also be distributed, with an SMS messaging option.
