With our on screen system you will be able to set up and track progress for both supplier and customers' contracts. From initial market research, to negotiations, to draft and final versions the system will maintain version control. With customisable stages and pre set status selection, workflow will channel contracts to the correct hierarchy, for approval or to set meetings to review. The system has a full audit trail and a full reporting suite. The Contract software allows the uploading and association of relevant documents to support the process. E signature will also be available as an option.
