Custom Expense System Reports

Administrator users can make use of customised searches & reports to find data within the system. The system can also generate reports based on internal meta data, which can be used for external use such as meetings or employee reviews. The report is customised to the clients’ requirements (i.e. column headings and layout). All reports are customised with the client’s logo at the top in the header. Every report can be exported from the system in a range of file formats, such as PDF, CSV, Excel or HTML formats.

Report layouts are customised through the system specification stage or by requesting changes via our support portal. Usually report layout changes are handled under support bank, however, if reports require significant changes or there isn't enough support bank time to action the changes, we will handle changes under Change Management and provide a quotation, before commencing the work.
