Expenses Online goes live

Expenses Online is the latest product to be released by Cloud B2B Solutions and has been designed to take the paper out of the process of claiming expenses.
The online system allows employees to submit expense claims electronically by using a template which defines mileage allowances and permissible claim periods. Receipts can be photographed or scanned and attached as supporting documents to the expense claim.
When the claimant has completed their claim it will be sent via workflow for approval to a line manager or senior member of staff. If the claim is accepted and authorised the data will then be exported as a CSV file into a payroll system. If the claim is not approved it will be returned to the claimant for correction and re-submission.
