Problem: A major haulage company faced persistent delays with their PODs (Proof of Delivery Documents). These paper-based forms often took a week or more to reach head office by post, slowing down the invoicing process and delaying payments. Without timely access to the necessary paperwork, admin teams were unable to invoice clients promptly, impacting cashflow and customer satisfaction.

Solution: Cloud B2B designed and built a bespoke in-vehicle "scan and send" system from the ground up. Using a newly installed in-cab Wi-Fi network, drivers can now scan PODs the moment they are received. Each document is automatically linked to the company's unique order numbers and transmitted to head office within seconds. This streamlined process allows admin staff to immediately forward PODs along with invoices, eliminating the need for clients to chase missing delivery paperwork. The result? Happier customers and significantly faster payments for our client.

Problem: A major distribution company identified a new market opportunity to offer customers a more accessible and streamlined way to request transport services and place orders online. However, with internal IT resources focused on other priorities and speed to market being critical, they required an external development partner capable of delivering a robust and scalable solution within a suitable timeframe.

Solution: Cloud B2B designed and developed a fully bespoke online customer portal, providing an end-to-end process for customers to request quotes and place transport orders. The platform includes full payment capture via the Stripe payment gateway, enabling secure and efficient transaction handling directly within the portal.

The solution integrates directly with the clients in-house Transport Management System, supporting real-time consignment creation, label generation, and tracking visibility. Additional functionality was developed to handle complex operational requirements, including hazardous goods declarations, pallet size and weight constraints, and service-specific pricing structures.

A comprehensive administration interface was also delivered, allowing internal teams to manage customers, orders, and quotations, as well as maintain pricing, service options, and system settings. The result is a scalable, fully integrated platform that supports new revenue streams while maintaining operational control and efficiency.

Problem: Agrial Fresh required greater control over how internal requisitions were raised, approved, and processed across different branches and departments. Their existing vendor management and ordering platform did not provide the approval structure, budgetary control, or workflow flexibility needed to support their internal purchasing processes. As a result, they needed a more structured solution to ensure requisitions were reviewed correctly, routed to the appropriate approvers, and managed consistently before being passed to the ordering team.

Solution: Cloud B2B designed and developed a bespoke Requisition & Receipting Solution tailored to Agrial Fresh’s operational requirements. The system allows users to raise requisitions electronically, with each request routed through multiple approval stages based on branch, department, and defined approval chains. Integrated budget controls provide visibility and help ensure spending is reviewed against the correct criteria before approval is granted.

Once approved, requisitions are passed through a dedicated workflow to the relevant internal team for order processing within Agrial Fresh’s existing vendor management system. The solution also includes receipting functionality, enabling goods and services to be marked as received and supporting a controlled workflow for the processing of GRNs. This delivered a more robust and accountable internal process, improving visibility, strengthening purchasing control, and ensuring smoother coordination between requisition, ordering, and receipting activities.
